Bear Branch Hunting is professional

Bear Branch is the South’s premier destination for upland game bird hunting. Our early release program for Quail and Pheasant is designed to offer our guests a realistic wild-bird experience with numbers associated with any location in the country.

Our birds are cagey and fast, and they present a challenge for any level wing shooter.

Our dogs are absolutely the finest hunting dogs in the country. Guests at Bear Branch will not only enjoy the magnificent scenery we have here, as well as the outstanding bird hunting, but will also be exposed to astonishing bird dog work as well.

Our strip planted millet fields bring an ambiance of the Dakota's close to home.

Beginning in 2008/2009 Bear Branch is offering guided duck hunts on our newly established duck hunting lake. This experience is destined to be a favorite at Bear Branch!

SOUTHERN QUAIL HUNTS

Full Day Hunts - Per Person - Per Day $900.00
Includes 3 meals, guides, dogs and 30 birds / gun limit plus lodging.

Half Day Hunt - Per Person Per Day $500.00
Includes refreshments, guides, dogs and 15 birds / gun limit

Extra Quail are $10.00 each

PHEASANT HUNTS

Free Range Pheasant Hunts
Full Day - Per Person - Per Day $1000.00
Our dogs, refreshments, lunch, guide 5 birds / gun.

Half Day -Our dogs, refreshments, lunch, guide 5 birds / gun. $600.00

Additional Birds $30.00 per bird

CHUKAR HUNTS

Can be hunted alone or in combination of other species $25.00/Bird

Our grounds have many free ranging chukar & pheasants ... if by chance these are flushed during a quail hunt, a hunter may take these at no additional fee. ( Limit 3 / Gun).

CONTINENTAL SHOOT

A minimum of 100 birds. 14 people required. Lunch included.
Ideal hunt includes 200 birds. $225.00/Gun

Bear Branch and Beretta Firearms have joined together to offer our guests the finest shotguns available. Our rental program utilizes the time tested A391 semi-autos. Further, our pro shop has available various other Beretta offerings.

In conjunction with our Beretta gun sales/rental program we are proud to announce our banded pheasant awards program. Bear Branch pre-season releases hundreds of free ranging pheasants for our pheasant hunting guest’s enjoyment. Many of these birds are banded with one of three different color bands (see chart below). Once a banded bird has been harvested by one of our guests we will verify the band as authentic and reward the hunter as outlined below. A harvested gold banded bird will not only reward the hunter with an instant award from our pro shop as noted below it will also enter the hunter in our end of the season drawing for a Beretta A391 shotgun.
